If you have purchased a Jase Case in the past, you are eligible to purchase standalone add-on products.
- Start a Jase Case order and use your original purchase email. When you get to the Replenishment Reason page, select “I am only ordering new add-on medications today”. At the end, you’ll be able to select your desired add-on.
Note: If it has been over a year since your original purchase, you will not see the Replenishment Reason page. Continue to the end and you’ll be able to select the full Jase Case + add-ons or you can opt to only purchase the add-on medications.
